Japan is now facing a super-aging society and a range of social challenges, including shortages of nursing care facilities and personnel in the nursing care industry. Through its Frontier Division, the Company helps address challenges at nursing care worksites and contributes to addressing broader social challenges by owning nursing care facilities and providing hardware for nursing care DX.

  • Land and Buildings

    We help owners of land and buildings for nursing care facilities, as well as operators of self-owned facilities, realize real estate monetization. We provide business schemes that help reduce initial investment and support facility expansion.

  • Equipment and Product Sales

    Nursing care facilities require a wide range of equipment and supplies, including furniture, home appliances, mechanical bathing equipment, DX equipment, and security cameras. As a trading company, Wakita provides one-stop support for the introduction of these products and equipment.

  • Wholesale and Rentals of Nursing Care Equipment

    Leveraging the nationwide sales networks of our three Group companies—WAKITA CARENET, Sunnetworklive, and Care'x —we offer a diverse lineup of safe, high-quality nursing care equipment.
